Test build for the Simkl rewatch fixes.
- The rewatch question now uses the P2P consent dialog layout: same 520 dp container, headline, card row, focus ring and scale.
- No is first and owns the default focus; Start is second and takes the accent only while focused.
- It is raised before resolve, so it appears over the source list before the player opens.
- External-player launches ask before opening; the answer is held for the external START/STOP pair.
- Anime removal falls back to the absolute episode number on a flat Simkl session.
- Continue Watching keeps the card until the close write finishes.
