Test build for the Simkl rewatch fixes.
- The rewatch question is asked unconditionally when a Nuvio-hosted source is selected, before debrid or YouTube resolve and before any loading overlay.
- The dialog is hosted inside StreamScreen, beside the P2P consent dialog, and blocks the player launch until answered.
- External-player launches ask before opening; the answer is held for the external START/STOP pair.
- Compact dialog with default focus on No; timeout and Back write nothing.
- Anime removal falls back to the absolute episode number on a flat Simkl session.
- Continue Watching keeps the card until the close write finishes.
