Test build for the Simkl rewatch fixes.
- The rewatch question is hosted inside StreamScreen, beside the P2P consent dialog, and holds the player launch until answered.
- It is raised from the selected source before debrid or YouTube resolve, so it appears over the source list, not after the player opens.
- Cached last-link autoplay and external-player launches ask before starting.
- Compact dialog with default focus on No; timeout and Back write nothing.
- Anime removal falls back to the absolute episode number on a flat Simkl session.
- Continue Watching keeps the card until the close write finishes.
