Test build for the Simkl rewatch fixes.
- The rewatch question is now asked inside the resolve entry point, before the debrid or YouTube resolving overlay can start.
- Cached last-link autoplay also waits for the answer.
- External player and P2P consent paths are skipped.
- Compact dialog with default focus on No; timeout and Back write nothing.
- Anime removal falls back to the absolute episode number on a flat Simkl session.
- Continue Watching keeps the card until the close write finishes.
