Review round 2 fixes on top of PR #3653.
- Trakt and MDBList latch a completion only after the write landed.
- A failed rewatch session read forces a cold read.
- An external playback resumed above the bar no longer opens a rewatch, and the semi-automatic question stays off the external path.
- The rewatch question starts on the non-writing answer.
- A new below-bar session rotates the playback id; the run re-derivation happens inside the snapshot lock; the consent answers clear on a profile switch.
- The session read is skipped when only movies moved; the settings switch refreshes only when the sessions are missing.
Tests: 2472 completed, 3 failed (two known flakes from the previous build plus TraktAuthServiceTest from upstream), 1 skipped.
