Test round for PR #3653 plus the extra work.
New in this round, the review follow-ups:
- a show's consent is no longer released on a recorded stop, so autoplay's next episode keeps it and does not ask again
- runs are dropped when the mode is off or the plan cannot hold sessions, and kept while the account type has not loaded yet
Still in: everything from test-14 (start above the bar, Simkl sessionless pause and resume, threshold up to 100, Trakt sign-in without a client secret, MDBList device code sign-in).
Suite: 2226 tests, 3 failed (the pre-existing upstream ones).
