Clean PR build with the rewatch read covering anime, plus the review follow-ups.
- rewatch sessions are read for shows and anime, so a rewatch the account holds for an anime now appears in Continue Watching and Next Up follows it. Anime is its own type in the API, which is why reading shows alone missed it
- movies are not read on purpose: a movie session carries no episodes, so it never becomes a run, and a movie gets its row from its playback position instead
- a show's consent is not released on a recorded stop, so autoplay's next episode does not ask again
- runs are dropped when the mode is off or the plan cannot hold sessions
Suite: 2291 tests, 1 failed (TraktAuthServiceTest refresh 400, which needs a Trakt client id in the build config; this workflow carries only the Simkl one).
