dd915e8 Fix error not detecting default Steam package location
7d023cc Fix error if steamui\skins\OldGlory folder isn't created

There is a known issue:
After a Reset or using Install Location -> Steam or Patch CSS Advanced Options, Millennium skins may not apply.
I am currently working on a fix.
You may need to delete the steamui folder (keep steamui\skins) and restart Steam.
