Includes various fixes for 5.10.5:

• Remove hardcoded filenames - filenames now in old_glory_data.json
  • (Steam Beta) Updated to point JS tweaks to desktoproot.js instead of libraryroot.js
• added os.path.exists checks to avoid FileNotFoundErrors
• Fix file size incorrect using Patch CSS function
  • this would cause Steam to re-update on restart
