Fixes

• Make structural online presence ownership atomic across direct, legacy Mux, XUDP, reverse portal, and shutdown/rebind paths.
• Prevent SMUX sessions from remaining stuck when receive capacity or a stream queue is full and the carrier disappears.
• Preserve CloseWrite through PROXY protocol physical-peer wrappers so REALITY shutdown no longer panics on *net.physicalPeerConn.
• Harden SMUX release stress coverage and its long-run timeout.

Compatibility

• No mux, XUDP, RVS, WireGuard, protobuf, JSON configuration, StatsService, or CLI wire contract changes.
• Verified against Xray, sing-box, and Mihomo process matrices.
