Bug Fixes
- Rebuild the schedule floor from booked occurrences by @John710
Migration 31 seeded start_date and billing_anchor_day from next_date, the cursor
the old engine had already advanced, so every rule created before 1.4 lost the
occurrences it had already billed. The projection never reaches before
start_date, which emptied the current and past months of the payment calendar,
the dashboard and the iCal feed.
Reconcile both columns with the transactions ledger and recount occurrences_paid,
touching only the rows the ledger contradicts.

The first draft told readers to set tls on the router and kept the app's
forward-auth chain — with Tinyauth in front, a calendar client never gets past
the gate, and TLS already comes from the websecure entrypoint.
