Jgamrot/yharnam-pc v2.3.1

Bloodborne Windows Launcher 2.3.1 (yharnam-pc)

on GitHub

• The port has its own client name, yharnam-pc. Online servers (shadNet, The Hunter's Dream)
now see yharnam-pc/<version> instead of bbport-jgamrot/<version>. The Hunter's Dream stays off
in the launcher until its team accepts this client.
• The repository is now Jgamrot/yharnam-pc (the old
address redirects), and releases are tagged by version (v2.3.1); every launcher since 1.8 still
  finds them.

Everything else is as in 2.3.
