Bloodborne Windows launcher

This download is the launcher and PC port. It does not contain Bloodborne's game files. You need your own CUSA03173 game files. If you already have a working folder with eboot.bin inside it, skip to Step 3.

Super simple install guide (Windows)

1. Unzip your game archive

If you have cusa-03173.zip in Downloads, right-click it and choose Extract All. Open the extracted folders until you see CUSA03173.pkg and CUSA03173 Update v1.09.pkg. The ZIP itself cannot be selected in the launcher.

2. Turn the PKG files into a game folder

1. Download ShadPs4Plus PKG Extractor 1.1 for Windows and extract that ZIP too. Open its folder and find pkg_extractor.exe.
2. Drag CUSA03173.pkg onto pkg_extractor.exe. Wait until extraction finishes. This creates the base game folder.
3. Drag CUSA03173 Update v1.09.pkg onto pkg_extractor.exe and wait again. Use the plain 1.09 update; do not use the separate 720p or 1080p update packages for this setup.
4. If the extractor made a separate update folder (often CUSA03173-patch), open it, select everything inside, copy it into the base CUSA03173 folder, and click Replace the files when Windows asks. Copy the contents of the update folder, not the folder itself.
5. Open the completed CUSA03173 folder. You should see eboot.bin directly inside it, alongside dvdroot_ps4, sce_module, and sce_sys. Move this complete folder to a permanent place, such as C:\Games\Bloodborne\CUSA03173.

3. Unzip this launcher

Under Assets below, download bbport-windows.zip. Right-click it and choose Extract All. Open the extracted folders until you see Bloodborne.exe, bin, launcher, and mods together. Move that whole bbport-windows folder somewhere permanent, such as C:\Games\Bloodborne\bbport-windows. Do not run it from inside the ZIP, and do not put the game files inside the launcher folder.

4. Point the launcher at your game and play

1. Double-click Bloodborne.exe in bbport-windows.
2. Open Game in the left sidebar. Next to Game folder, click Browse and choose your completed CUSA03173 folder — the folder with eboot.bin directly inside it. Select the folder, not eboot.bin, the original ZIP, or a .pkg file.
3. Click PLAY. The first start may take longer. Later starts can use Play Bloodborne.exe to launch with your saved settings.

Stuck? “No eboot.bin” means you chose the wrong folder or have only unzipped the PKG files. If the launcher reports game version 1.00, the 1.09 update has not been applied to the base game folder.

What is included

• Cinematic Qt Quick launcher with translucent panels and a custom icon.
• Xbox Guide style in-game menu with achievements, settings, and mods.
• Bundled Xbox button prompts; switch to the original PlayStation prompts in the in-game guide.
• Update checks for this fork's QML launcher release series.

The packaged launcher opened and the configured game reached the title screen. First-run game-folder selection and trophy-key import need more testing.
