Jesty Thor Fix v1.7.2
Activation now requires a normal kernel reboot after opening the installed app once to prepare it. Reopen after reboot and check that the installed service is ready. A boot broadcast alone cannot authorize activation; the dashboard distinguishes restart required from blocked activation.
The exact signed code80 candidate passed the supervised RC78 update, activation and reboot, normal app lifecycle and BOTH/TOP/BOTH checks. A separate controlled external recovery chain through code81 and code82 also passed on a healthy Thor. This does not establish all predecessor or clean-install compatibility, blackout recovery, or new CPU/battery performance results.
Known issue
Persistent black screens after TOP sleep/wake remain under investigation in issue #84. Their cause is unknown and this release is not a demonstrated blackout fix. The separate brief brightness flash remains in issue #65. Stop repeated mode/lid experiments after an anomaly and seek support; external recovery is conditional on a usable installer or previously authorized transport.
Install
Use a normal update without clearing data. Open once, wait for activation preparation, restart normally and reopen. If activation remains blocked after a verified reboot, save diagnostics and seek support instead of repeatedly rebooting.
Recovery code81 and return code82 are controlled support artifacts outside the normal updater catalog. After either, code80 cannot be installed as a normal update. Do not uninstall or bypass downgrade checks.
