Change notes:

• Fixed pregame starting if a player leaves and the amount of players goes below the minimum required players
• EMP Grenade: fixed player perks not being disabled correctly
• Time Bomb: switches to detonator at correct time after throwing
• Tombstone: fixed powerup not spawning sometimes when perks are retained
• Tranzit: added objects in front of the power switch and Pack-a-Punch buildable tables
• Power Station: core gets moved immediately
• Die Rise: leapers no longer fall off the map traversing up to the Escape Pod Shaft area
• Die Rise: fixed not dying from falling to the bottom of an elevator shaft when the power is off
• Mob of the Dead and Origins: fixed cost being added to certain buildables that should have no cost
• Mob of the Dead: Docks gate no longer closes when shock box is shocked in afterlife
• Mob of the Dead: Tower Trap can be upgraded while the trap is not active
• Mob of the Dead: upgrading Tower Trap no longer resets the duration of the trap
• Buried: added objects in front of the power switch
• Origins: fixed Gramophone sounds not going away when picked up
• Origins: fixed not being able to switch weapons after purchasing a perk with One Inch Punch held
• Origins Quest: fix Ice Staff ceiling tiles upgrade step being active
• Encounter: fixed players respawning incorrectly
• Encounter: fixed players not getting grenades on first spawn when joining mid game
• Encounter: teams are rebalanced during pregame if a player leaves
• Encounter Pro: 150 starting health
• Encounter Pro: removed Juggernog and Speed Cola on maps that don't normally have them
• Encounter Pro: added all perks

• Encounter Pro: enabled Semtex and Claymore wallbuys
