This is a beta version of the app, for the latest stable version of TachiyomiJ2K check for the newest release.
This beta version contains all of the new updates in Version 1.6.5
Changes
- TachiyomiJ2K now targets API 33 (Android 13), with it comes general android performance improvements and security updates
- Reworked how the app's background services (such as library updates and downloading) work. This beta is mainly for testing that these services are working as intended still. On some cases disabling battery optimization may be needed. (@ivaniskandar)
- On Android 13, the app will no longer prompt for notifications on first app start, but instead when a manga is added
- For those on Android 14, this version and any beta after this fixes auto updating the app showing an install prompt
