This is a patch release to fix the crash on Android 9 Devices, this release also fixes a few issues with the spacing of the bottom bar while hiding the nav bar
Along with this fix Android 8 and below now have a colored ripple effect

Additions
- Huge UI Revamp - Material You Update: With it comes update to themes colors, UI, and much much more
- Option to theme the buttons in manga details page based on the cover

- Errors while updating notification is now enabled by default, can be disabled via system notification settings (@arkon)
- Error log for updates are now grouped by error, then by source (@FlaminSarge)
- Settings for hiding nsfw sources/extensions have been simplified
- Library updating notification now shows progress in plain text as well
- Download via wifi only setting now only allows downloads on unmetered connections, instead of allowing downloads if wifi is simply turned on
- Translations have been updated (To help translate, you can contribute more to Tachiyomi or TachiJ2K here)
Fixes
- On Android 8 and older, nav bar buttons are now readable in the reader
- Fixed ghost views showing when swiping on a lot of chapters in recents or in manga details or collasping/expanding manga descriptions
- Fix for nav bar/toolbar showing and hiding while dragging in library
- Fixed haptics not working in webtoon mode when using slider in reader (still requires text handle haptics to be supported by device)
- Other various crash and bug fixes
