How to use UXTU's Magpie FSR implementation:
• Ensure the latest versions of .NET 4 and .NET 6 are installed
• Go to the settings menu and toggle Magpie FSR
• Press ALT+F to enable Magpie window capture
• (Optional) customise the Magpie FSR settings in the new dedicated Magpie FSR menu
