The Modern schemes settle down. Modern Light and Modern Dark are now the ones with the standard window frame -- the classic caption, its buttons and glyphs (white in the dark one) -- while everything else stays Modern: rounded buttons in dialogs and programs, the plain taskbar, the menus. The two schemes with the thin-glyph Modern frame are gone, and the title-bar gradients are gentler: 236 to 250 in the light one, 38 to 26 in the dark.
Anyone already on the old Modern Light or Modern Dark keeps the Modern frame until they pick the scheme again in Display Properties.
