Modern Light Classic and Modern Dark Classic, new in 1.18.0, put the Modern colours on the whole classic look. That was not the idea. They are now the Modern look everywhere -- the rounded buttons in dialogs and programs, the plain taskbar, the menus -- with only the window frame classic: the standard caption, its buttons and glyphs (white in the dark one), and a title bar shading from off-white to white or from off-black to black.
