New ARM64 version, and upgraded all libraries

New:

• This release now includes ARM and ARM64 versions of ag.exe.

Updated libraries:

• MsvcLibX to version 2026-04-16
• PCRE to version 8.45 2021-06-15
• pthread-win32 to version 3.0.3
• zlib to version 1.3.2

Fixed:

• Bug #7 ".gitignore patterns respected by Linux ag don't work in Windows ag" fixed by the MsvcLibX upgrade.
• Bug #8 "Where the hell is it?" fixed by ag_setup.exe now displaying a message box in the end, confirming the installation location.
