New Features

Release Date Preference for NeX-Up Coming Soon

You can now choose which release date type to use when displaying upcoming content in the Coming Soon list/grid:

• Digital First (Default) - Uses digital release date, falls back to physical/theatrical
• Digital Only - Only shows items with a digital release date
• Physical First - Prefers physical release date, falls back to digital/theatrical
• Theatrical - Uses theatrical/cinema release date

This setting is found in NeX-Up Settings → Limits section.

Bug Fixes

Exclusion Filtering Now Works for Generated Videos

• Fixed: Items marked as "excluded" in the Coming Soon browser were still appearing in the generated Coming Soon video
• Exclusion filtering is now properly applied to:
  • Manual list generation
  • Auto-regeneration (scheduled)
  • Preview endpoint

Database Migration Fixes

• Fixed installer disconnecting users from Plex/Radarr/Sonarr after upgrade
• Added missing schema migrations for:
  • excluded_from_list column
  • nexup_include_unmonitored_movies column
  • nexup_include_unmonitored_shows column
  • nexup_release_date_preference column

Technical Changes

• RadarrConnector: Added _select_release_date() method for date preference logic
• SonarrConnector: Updated for release_date_preference support
• main.py: Enhanced exclusion filtering across 3 Coming Soon endpoints
• Schema migrations run automatically on startup

Upgrade Notes

Simply run the installer - your existing settings and connections will be preserved. The new database columns are added automatically on first launch.
