Changes:
- New Batch Session: let's you exchange information between workers in the same batch (e.g. useful for randomized conditions between participants)
- Batch Session and Group Session got better access via JSON Patches and Pointers
- User Manager in GUI: let's you distinguish between normal and admin users; only admin users can create new users, change other user's password, and delete arbitrary users
- Every user can delete themselves from JATOS
- Introduced jQuery.deferred.promises into jatos.js
