Update 0.4.4a

FEATURES

• DNA is now updated for the latest version of NMS: COSMOS.
• Corvette bases can now be exported (and imported) separate from the ship itself while in dev-mode.
  This allows the user to load the base in external software to apply changes and import them back into DNA to overwrite the current base.

BUGFIXES

• Ship/tool detection for storage has been changed to fix a longstanding issue of special ship/tools overwriting each other's cards when loading into the hangars.
