Fixed
- Self-hosted Calino can connect directly to plain-HTTP DAV servers
(#179). Self-hosted
builds now permit HTTP CalDAV and CardDAV connections for private-network
deployments while public builds keep their HTTPS-only connection policy.
Cross-origin DAV servers must still allow Calino through CORS, and HTTP
should only be used on a trusted network or VPN.
