Subtasks now keep their hierarchy across task surfaces
(#162). Agenda keeps
cross-day subtasks connected to their parent, aligns the hierarchy guides,
and uses the same compact completion control as Tasks. Month view marks
child tasks consistently and lets a parent's subtask indicator open the
full descendant list, including subtasks due on other days. -
Task-row hover shadows in Tasks are no longer clipped at the sides of the
scrolling list.
