Added
- Swipe the sidebar closed on mobile. The panel follows your finger and either completes its exit or springs back when you let go, instead of waiting for a threshold and then jumping.
- Controls that only appeared on hover are now reachable on touch — on a phone there is no hover, so they were simply invisible.
Fixed
- Contact relations pointing at a server-generated ID now resolve to a name. Relations only resolved when the underlying ID happened to be a canonical UUID; servers that mint readable IDs (Radicale among them) left you looking at a raw
urn:uuid:…string. Group member lists get the same fix. A relation whose contact isn't loaded now reads Unknown Contact, with the ID kept on hover. - Contacts no longer fill up the browser's storage. Photos moved into a proper database and the raw card data is no longer kept twice, so a large address book stops throwing QuotaExceededError — which had also been breaking task and event saves, since every part of Calino shares that storage. Fixes #91.
- The on-screen keyboard no longer covers what you're typing on Android. The app now resizes to sit above it.
- Tapping a day in month view does one thing. Compact mobile layouts had overlapping tap targets, so a tap could select a day and open the day sheet at once. Fixes #79.
- Dragging the month/agenda divider no longer changes the date under your finger, and no longer stutters.
- The screen stopped flashing when swiping the sidebar closed, and the dimmer now fades out continuously rather than snapping back to full strength for a frame.
- The view switcher stays put when you open Tasks. The Tasks view adds a project filter to the header, and the switcher used to shift sideways to make room for it.
- Form fields no longer zoom the page on iOS when focused.
- Muted text in dark mode meets WCAG AA contrast.
Changed
- Calino starts faster. Settings, the privacy page and the command palette now load on demand instead of riding along in the initial download.
- Typography and colour cleanup: the display typeface is now the intended one, light-mode neutrals are warmer, shadows are cast in black (and dropped entirely in dark mode), and colours that had drifted off the palette were brought back onto it.
- Header alignment: the month title and view-switcher labels sit on their true vertical centre.
