1. Removed Undo logic as it was unreliable and replaced it with a confirmation message
2. Progress bar toast for scanning/processing
3. Removed library health scan section due to redundancy
4. Added ability to deselect detected roms so they aren't processed
5. Changed frontend options in the organiser to ES-DE and Other as logic is the same across other frontends (AFAIK)
