Alpha test build.

• Keeps the compact file toolbar, drag-to-upload overlay, and direct or clipboard Copy/Move workflows introduced in alpha.3.
• Removes a machine-specific PS5 address from the feature-test helper; it now uses the neutral ps5 hostname unless overridden.
• Rebuilt the PS5 payload and launcher installer with the SDK wrappers.
• Passed all offline UI, file-manager safety, issue-surface, performance, and filesystem I/O contract checks.

This build was validated offline and has not been hardware-tested on a PS5.
