BFpilot v0.3.1 test build 5.

Changes:

• Archive extraction is back out of the main payload. bfpilot.elf is
  file-manager-only again.
• RAR and 7z extraction were made conservative for PS5 stability.
• Docs and diagnostics were aligned to the worker-based archive flow.
• Build and import checks passed.
