• update user notes on app pages after latest Steam change.
  The visual style has changed but notes now also have rudimentary URL handling, so your links will be clickable,
  and new lines will be respected.

  What it does is it prepends game name to the tab, so instead of "Save 20% on Cities Skylines" you'll see "Cities Skylines" first
