Cardano-node 11.1.3 issues a fix Ledger's IPv4 decoding: releases before 11.1.x decoded IPv4s using network order, which 11.1.2 inadvertently changed; this has been reverted to using network order for decoding IPv4s.

Known issues

• There is a slight increase in memory usage compared to node version 11.0.1 when syncing, but this is significantly less than the regression in 11.1.0. Full details
• There is a small increase in memory usage compared to node version 11.0.1 when on tip, which correlates with taking ledger snapshots. (Full details published in release benchmark report; link see below).

Breaking changes

plutus-ledger-api: plc optimise no longer accepts the --certify and --certifier- options.

Release Benchmarks

Benchmarking reports are not affected by node version 11.1.3. The reports relevant to the 11.1.1 release can be found in this post on Cardano Updates.
