🔒 Security Update

ProxyBridge's engine runs as a Windows service, so the app itself no longer needs administrator rights. This release tightens who can talk to that service and what it runs.

• Only authorised users can control the service. - Service IPC now validate the communication with the authorised users group
• Protected install folder. The installer now locks the install folder so only SYSTEM and Administrators can modify it.
• The app verifies it is talking to the real service. The app now checks that the other end of its connection is the genuine ProxyBridge service before sending anything.
• Safer DLL loading. The GUI and CLI load the engine only from their own install folder, never from the current directory or PATH.
