Noita EW v0.7.0
Nicknames with avatars are displayed now instead of steam ids in proxy.
Proper nicknames are displayed in game instead of [Peer 1.5123125123124123e16]
Several fixes, like moving air handling to clients, removing player_unit tag from clients and using strings for peer ids.
