Balance / Faction Changes
- Increased Ion Cannon/Weather Storm damage at center so they reliably kill the same structures as the other super-weapons.
- Jackknives can be deployed to activate an ability-like mode allowing them to be rapidly assigned individual targets.
Fixes / Misc
- Fixed obscure leaping bug (Zone Trooper/Raider & X-O Power-suit).
- Fixed Sidewinders not targeting correctly.
- Fixed mortars being blocked by walls.
- EMP Missile structure no longer treated as a defense structure for targeting purposes.
- Fix stuck Halo on Domination mission.
- Speculative Nuke Cannon deploy behavior fix.
- Speculative post-game spawner slave crash.
- Minor tooltip corrections.
