---- Economy

  • Default starting cash now $6000. Added $8000 as an option.
  • Harvesters have lower capacity ($1000 -> $650) and move faster for a more constant flow of income.

---- Balance

  • Drone Pairing upgrade removed. Drone Tanks upgrade now provides this.
  • Added Guardian Shield upgrade. Makes Guardian Drone have a shield when deployed (immobile while active). Increased damage vs buildings slightly.
  • Increased Mini Drone damage to match Hum-Vee.
  • Boris now prioritises infantry automatically.
  • Increased Vulcan and Rifle IFV damage vs Light. Increased Rifle IFV damage vs Buildings. Increased Vulcan damage vs Heavy slightly.
  • Atomic Tanks upgrade moved from radar to tech center.
  • Reduced Ravager range by half a cell to match Warrior/Rifle/Minigunner. Reduce damage vs buildings and defenses.
  • Reduced Disintegrator damage vs Infantry to match DPS of Rocket Soldier.
  • Increased Sukhoi splash damage to lessen the damage lost by near misses.
  • Increase Brute damage vs buildings a little.
  • Increased power consumption of basic defenses by 5 (Pillbox, Camo Pillbox, Flame Tower, Chemical Tower, Guard Tower, Laser Turret, Plasma Turret). Reduced sell value by 100.
  • Removed infantry production requirement for transport vehicles (BTR, APC etc).
  • Reduced TOW missile damage per shot, increased rate of fire. Reduced range from 7 to 5.5. Reduced damage vs light armor and defenses.
  • Increased lock-on chance for MiG/Orca/Longbow.
  • ICBM Sub missile now deals splash damage when destroyed in flight.
  • Cruiser accuracy increased at close range
  • Missile Sub ROF doubled, Damage halved, Range decreased, Arc of fire now 60 degrees (from 10)

---- Fixes/Visuals/Audio

  • Improved Tiberium visuals on snow maps.
  • Updated ARC/Harbinger/Eagle/Legion/Traveler flags for easier differentiation.
  • Added higher quality version of March on Instinct menu music.
  • Fixed jerky Ore Truck turning.
  • Small text uses a new font that's a little clearer.
  • Fixed Stormcrawler bug that caused it to auto-attack neutral structures.
  • Selection Tooltips for IFV variants.
  • Tooltips will update for upgradeable units where possible/appropriate.
  • Fixed hacked icon not being removed when an Engineer recaptures a hacked building.
  • Fixed Mobile Stealth Generator not cloaking friendly tech structures.

---- AI

  • Overhauled how the AI uses aircraft. Will select targets and use them in groups more effectively and will better deal with mass enemy aircraft.
  • AI will take unit value into consideration when building its attacks (previously only considered numbers).
  • AI will sell structures when it thinks it's appropriate.
  • Make Scrin Naval AI build vehicles that can hover on water.
  • Fixed AI Hackers repeatedly resetting when hacking.
