- Adjusted chill condition. Now stacks 6 times (was 5) but has less damage multiplier per stack.
- Cryo Launcher now applies an additional longer duration stack of chill to targets within 1 cell of missile detonation. Increased overall area of effect slightly. Reduced damage from frozen ground.
- Soviets get "Heavy Hazmat Suits" upgrade instead of regular Hazmat Suits. This grants full immunity from weak/medium radiation and 90% resistance to strong radiation, but reduces infantry movement speed by 5%.
- Chrono Prison changed to do percentage damage. Same effectiveness against Heavy Tank as baseline, more effective against targets with larger health pools, and less against those with smaller health pools. Still weak vs buildings.
- Siege Tank now one-shots cyborgs at centre of explosion. Slightly increased concussion duration.
- Adjusted Tesla Tank arcing so it won't arc to more than 2 additional targets (previously attempted to work around the double burst by lowering the % chance, but this would still occasionally cause up to 4 extra targets to be hit).
- Renamed old Tesla Tank to Tesla Track and Tesla Tank Mk2 to just Tesla Tank. Former has increased range, but longer reload and less HP. Latter has shorter range and shorter reload. Russia has access to both.
- Increased Seeker HP from 20k to 26k and increased burst (same DPS). Reduced projectile speed. Added minimum range.
- Increased Lacerator burst damage (and overall DPS), range and splash radius. Reduced HP from 15k to 14k. Reduced projectile speed. Added minimum range.
- Increased delay between Orca/Longbow volleys.
- Reduced projectile speed of Hailstorm missiles.
- Slightly increased Medium Tank, Battle Drone and Battle Tank damage vs light armor.
- Slightly reduced BTR damage vs infantry.
- Reworked Ion Surge. Now grants +60% movement speed to friendly units for 15 seconds.
- Devourer is now heavy armor instead of light.
- Reduced Rank-Up volume 66%
