Upgrade Guide

This is a software upgrade proposal for Injective. If passed, Proposal 603 would commit the Injective Chain to halt at block 146295000 (approximately 14:00 UTC / 10:00 ET on December 18th, 2025) and resume with the v1.17.2 version of the application binary.
