Added support to use CTRL+Click and SHIFT+Click for multi-row selection in search results.

Username/email, password/token, App Id and App Secret used to log in are now encrypted using the current Windows user’s cryptographic key (tied to the current user profile).

The application now restores the scrollbar position to top after repopulating search rows, and automatically focuses the first row / GET button.
