Added grid lines to search rows and other minor visual improvements.

Embedded artwork files are now downloaded to the system's TEMP directory. This avoids additional I/O writes when downloading files to secondary drives.

Improved deletion of embedded artwork files, preventing the issue described in #244 (comment) under certain circumstances.
