This is a minor bugfix release. It fixes some cosmetic issues and helps those
who configured vCenter connections through HTTP proxies.
Upgrading
Please check our Upgrade Script.
When talking to your vCenters through an HTTP proxy, you should also upgrade the
Incubator module to at least v0.15.0. We consider raising dependencies a breaking
change, that's why we do not enforce this version unless v1.4.0.

- FEATURE: SOAP client now identifies itself as Icinga-vSphereDB/1.3 (#349)
- FEATURE: HTTP proxy option is now prefixed with its scheme (#350)
- FEATURE: SOAP client now logs response body parts on SOAP fault (#348)
