• ipl-scheduler upgrades react/promise to version 3.3.0, which drops compatibility with version 2.

• ipl-html and ipl-orm include smaller API improvements, including the SelectElement's pleaseChoose option and strict ResultSet type declarations.
• ipl-stdlib adds iterable and string helpers such as Seq::map(), Seq::unique(), and Str::isEmpty().
