feat: add standalone context menu dialog with detailed metrics

• Added a standalone, simplified dialog box for processing items triggered from the Explorer Context Menu.
• Added a toggle in settings to switch between dialog-only mode and full app mode.
• Improved dialog UI to display Algorithm/Action tags, elapsed processing time, and total processed files.
• Applied SS_PATHELLIPSIS to the path label to handle long folder paths gracefully.
• Bypassed single-instance checks when launching via context menu dialog mode.
