fix(ui): prevent action panel buttons from clipping on resize" -m "Updated the ActionPanel layout configuration in refresh_layout. Replaced SpaceBetween with a flex_spacer() to ensure the right-side controls (Start, Pause, Cancel, Combo boxes) stay dynamically anchored to the right edge and do not get hidden when the window is resized to be smaller.
