Fix Ratio column colors, UI cleanup, and optimizations

1. Fixed Ratio column calculating Size % instead of Saved %. 0% is now Gray. 2. Fixed color leak to other columns by resetting HDC. 3. Removed 'Start' text from column 10 when item is finished. 4. Refactored ratio calculation to utils for DRY. 5. Optimized custom draw lookup to O(log N).
