Reliability: index the connection-tracking table on expiry so its periodic cleanup is a fast indexed delete instead of a full-table scan. On a busy panel the old scan grew slower over time and could eventually trip the Worker CPU limit (a 1101), most visibly under the traffic spike after turning on a relay. Index is created automatically on update; users and data are untouched.
