✨ Overview

Version 3.8.2 adds two opt-in features: a per-user config dashboard (a friendly page each user gets from their own link) and Smart IP (automatic, per-operator clean IPs managed from one central GitHub pool). Everything from V3.8.1 (real-time quota cutoff + optional non-TLS mode) and V3.8.0 is included; nothing is removed, and defaults are unchanged unless you turn these on.

Upgrade path: drop-in replacement for worker.js. No config, KV, or D1 changes. Installs on 3.8.0+ see the update banner and can upgrade in one click from Settings → Update panel.

✨ New — Per-user config dashboard

When an end user opens their subscription link in a browser, the Worker now serves a friendly page instead of raw text:

• A card per client — Hiddify, v2rayNG, FlClash/Clash Meta, sing-box/NekoBox, Karing, Streisand — each with a QR code, a Copy button, and a one-tap “Add to app” import.
• A “copy subscription link” button for power users.
• Bilingual (Farsi default / English) with light/dark.

Apps are unaffected — they send their own user-agent / a format flag, so they still receive their config directly. It’s the same link: open it in an app to import, open it in a browser to get the dashboard.

✨ New — Smart IP (per-operator clean-IP pool)

Point the panel’s Clean IPs → Smart IP source at a GitHub folder of per-carrier lists:

• Operator detection from cf.asn / cf.asOrganization: MCI/همراه اول (AS197207), Irancell/MTN (AS44244), Rightel (AS57218), Shatel (AS31549).
• Auto-serve by carrier — mci.txt / mtn.txt / rightel.txt / shatel.txt, falling back to ir.txt → all.txt → random Cloudflare IPs.
• Lists are plain ip:port (NovaRadar export); users no longer run NovaRadar themselves.

📝 Deployment Notes

• Deploy worker.js; publish version.json (version 3.8.2).
• Panel repo: add user/index.html, re-upload admin/index.html + version.json.
• Smart IP: commit per-carrier files to IRNova/Tools/clean-ip/, then choose Clean IPs → Smart IP.

✨ خلاصه

نسخه ۳.۸.۲ دو قابلیت اختیاری اضافه می‌کند: داشبورد کانفیگ هر کاربر و Smart IP (آی‌پی‌های تمیزِ خودکار و مخصوص هر اپراتور). همهٔ امکانات ۳.۸.۱ و ۳.۸.۰ حفظ شده است.

✨ داشبورد کانفیگ هر کاربر

وقتی کاربر لینک اشتراکش را در مرورگر باز کند، ورکر یک صفحهٔ دوستانه با کد QR، کپی و «افزودن به اپ» برای هر اپ نشان می‌دهد. اپ‌ها همان کانفیگ را مستقیم می‌گیرند.

✨ Smart IP

ورکر اپراتور هر کاربر را تشخیص می‌دهد (همراه اول، ایرانسل، رایتل، شاتل) و فایل تمیز همان اپراتور را از گیت‌هاب می‌دهد؛ کاربر دیگر لازم نیست NovaRadar بزند.
