Maintenance patch release for the v1.0.7 support line addressing upstream MCP pagination discovery and patching vulnerable dependencies and container base images.

Fixed

• Upstream MCP Pagination (#6809) - Follow nextCursor when discovering tools, resources, and prompts from upstream MCP servers across SSE, OAuth SSE, and Streamable HTTP transports rather than only fetching the first page.

Security

• Container Base Images - Updated Red Hat UBI 10 base images to 10.2-1789952991 (ubi10), 10.2-1789645153 (ubi10-minimal), and 10.2-1789966145 (nodejs-24).
• Python Dependencies - Patched h2, pip and tornado.
• Node Dependencies - Patched vitest / @vitest/mocker and fast-uri.
