Fixed issue caused by 3.0.1.0 on JF 12.1.

That release has been removed - this is identical to 3.0.1.0 except with this fix

• Fixed #284 where Home Screen Sections could fail to render in the Jellyfin 12 web client due to changes in how LayoutManager is exposed (PR #285, @mi7chal).
• Temporarily disabled Harmony-based Streamyfin patching due to compatibility issues. Streamyfin integration will be revisited in a future release.

⚠️ Compatibility

• Dropped support for Jellyfin 10.11 releases prior to 10.11.11. Jellyfin 10.11.11 remains supported.

• Completed and updated French translations (PR #276, @Wernouxe).
• Significantly expanded and updated Catalan translations, including translations for the new admin settings and sections added in 3.0.0.0 (@Kisnov).
• Improved wording and consistency in the Catalan Genre and Jellyseerr settings translations.
