Fixed

• Queue page loaded empty (regression from v0.9.88). The memoized row lists were placed after the if (initialLoading) early return, so their hooks were skipped on the first render and then run on the next — a React hook-order violation (error #310) that crashed the page to blank. Moved them above the early return.
